By using servespree.com or ordering from Servespree, you agree to these terms. Servespree is operated by a sole proprietor.

1. What ServeSpree offers

A free, AI-assisted business name generator and paid brand naming sets. Names are generated with AI and, for paid sets, reviewed by me.

2. The free tool

The free tool is for personal, non-automated use. Usage limits apply. I do not guarantee the quality, availability, or uniqueness of any name, and I may change or withdraw the tool at any time.

3. Orders and payment

The price is shown when you order ($30 for a brand naming set at the time of writing). Payment is processed by Stripe. Delivery estimates, such as 24- 48, are estimates, not guarantees.

4. What you receive

Once your order is paid and delivered, you may use the names for your business. The names provided in the free generation tool are AI-assisted and not exclusive: similar or identical names may be generated for others, and I cannot guarantee a name is unique until I review it personally.

5. Not legal advice; availability

I do not provide legal, trademark, or business advice. Domain availability shown on the site is a quick check and not a guarantee. Before using any name, search trademark databases and confirm availability with a registrar.

6. Acceptable use

Do not automate, scrape, or overload the site or tool, try to get around usage limits, or submit unlawful or harmful requests. I may refuse or end service for misuse.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, the site and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, my total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
