Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with your names. Here is how revisions and refunds work.

1. Revisions

Every order includes one free revision.

How to ask: Reply to your delivery email within 7 days of receiving your names. Tell me which names came closest, what felt off, and anything new I should keep in mind (for example, shorter, more playful, or words to avoid).

What you get: 7 new names, checked the same way as the first set, within 48 hours of your reply. I won’t repeat names from your first list.

What a revision covers: A revision refines the same business and the same brief. If you want names for a different business or a completely new direction, that’s a new order.

After the revision: One revision is included. If the new names still aren’t right, see Refunds below.

2. Refunds

I want you to be happy with your names. If you’re not, here’s exactly what I’ll do.

Full refund if:

Your revised names still aren’t a fit. Tell me within 7 days of receiving them and I’ll refund you in full. I’d also appreciate hearing which name came closest, but you don’t have to explain.
I miss my delivery time. If your first names arrive more than 48 hours after your payment is confirmed (not counting any time I’m waiting on answers from you), I’ll refund you in full.

Replaced, not refunded: Domains can be registered at any moment. If a name on your list is taken between my check and your delivery, I’ll replace it with a new checked name within 24 hours.

No refund if: you’ve already registered a domain or started using one of the names, or if the 7-day windows above have passed.

How to request one: Reply to your delivery email or write to hello@servespree.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.

3. How to request one

Email support@servespree.com with your order number and the email address you used. I will reply within [1] business day(s).

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider, usually [5 to 10] business days.
